Otaku's Secure Pick-Up Policy

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:

• A government-issued photo ID (driver license, passport Id, or other).
• Your order number or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email
• Accept to take a copy of your identification for records.
• Fill the picked up items acceptance receipt.
• Items received have 14 days for money refunds.
• For your protection, only  the person who made the purchase may pick up the order.
• Only customers over 21 years of age can make the purchase and the pickup.
• Your items will remain available for a minimum of 15 days from the time you receive a Pick Up In Store Notification. Orders not claimed after that will be available based on the product type and store location.Orders not claimed after that will be available based on the product type and store location. 
• Pick-up orders take 2-4 days to prepare.
